Official Contest Rules:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The
contest is open to legal residents whom are
18 years of age or older.
2. HOW TO ENTER: You must
first pick up a Dakota Radio Group Health
and Wellness Guide from a participating
sponsor. A full sponsor list can be found at
dakotaradiogroup.com. You will be able to
find the answers to all daily contest
questions in the Health & Wellness Guide. A
Health and Wellness Guide trivia contest
question will be asked on air on all Dakota
Radio Group stations, each day Monday
through Friday, January 16th 2012
through February 10th, 2012. After you hear
the daily trivia question, find the answer
in your Health and Wellness Guide and then
enter the correct answer via the official
Contest Entry Form located at
dakotaradiogroup.com. You must enter your
daily answer before 12:00 midnight each day.
You must provide a valid mail and email
address. Only one entry per email address
allowed per day.
3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER:
One weekly winner will be selected randomly
from all correct trivia question answers
posted from that week of the contest.
Drawings will be held the following Monday
to determine the weekly winner. All correct
answers from the entire four week contest
will be eligible for the final grand prize
drawing. The grand prize winner will be
randomly drawn from all eligible entries on
Monday, February 13th. Winners
will be notified by email. Entrants need not
be present for the grand prize drawing. The
odds of winning depend directly on the
number of correct entries received in the
contest period.
4. WEEKLY PRIZE: $100 cash.
GRAND PRIZE: $500 cash. Prizes are not
transferable. No substitutions for the
prizes are allowed.
5. OBLIGATION: All taxes or
registration fees are the responsibility of
the winner.
6. PUBLICITY: Winners agree
that by accepting a prize, they allow Dakota
Radio Group and it's stations, full rights
to publicize their full name, city and state
as means of promoting and publicizing the
contest and it's sponsors.
7. DISCLAIMER: Each entrant
