Contest Rules:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The contest is open to
legal residents whom are 18 years of age or older.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Obtain an Eagle Coin at a
participating sponsor. Only one coin per person per
business daily.
3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: A number will be
announced three times every weekday for 50 days.
The holder of that numbered coin has exactly 3
minutes to contact the radio station via telephone
at 605-224-8686 or 800-658-5439 to claim the cash
prize. If the holder doesn’t contact the radio
station within 3 minutes, the cash prize is forfeit
and that amount will be added to the cash prize the
following day. The winner must verify their
coin, in person, by the end of business the
following day. Non-cash winning numbers will be
posted at
www.dakotaradiogroup.com. All prizes must be
claimed, during regular business hours, at the radio
station (214 West Pleasant Drive, Pierre) no later
than June 13th, 2008. Prizes WILL NOT be sent by
mail. No prize will be awarded without the actual
winning Eagle Coin in hand.
4. PRIZE: Prizes will be cash, other products, or
services.
5. OBLIGATION: All taxes are the responsibility of
the winner.
6. PUBLICITY: Winners agree that by accepting a
prize, they allow Dakota Radio Group and it's
stations, full rights to publicize their full name,
city and state as means of promoting and publicizing
the contest and it's sponsors.
7. DISCLAIMER: Each entrant agrees to release and
hold the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
agents, and advisors and the employees, officers,
directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives
of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
agents, and advisors harmless from and against any
and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions
of any kind arising in connection with the contest
or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of
any prize, including but not limited to personal
injury, death, and property damage as well as claims
based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion
of privacy. All sponsor(s) are not responsible for
incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human
error, technical malfunctions, omission, or any
combination thereof.
8. MODIFICATION: Dakota Radio Group reserves the
right to modify the official rules of the contest in
any way or at any time. You are bound by any such
revisions and should therefore periodically visit
www.dakotaradiogroup.com to review the then current
"Official Contest Rules" to which you are bound.
9. INELIGIBILITY: This contest is not open Dakota
Radio Group employees and family members. |
